This residence stands as a testament to contemporary architectural collaboration—where two design teams came together to craft a space that merges structure, light, and material honesty into one cohesive narrative. The exposed concrete facade, accentuated by screens and cascading green layers, establishes a strong yet organic street presence. Verticality and openness coexist through generous balconies, recessed terraces, and the play of filtered light that blurs the boundary between interior and exterior. The design pays homage to raw material textures—concrete, metal, glass, and timber—while introducing moments of calm through soft landscaping and shaded transitions.

Inside, the double-height living areas and floating staircases emphasize spatial fluidity, where natural light and shadow animate the interiors throughout the day. The material palette inserts create an ambience of understated sophistication. Artistic accent photographs, curated lighting, and crafted furniture—enrich the domestic atmosphere while maintaining spatial discipline and visual balance.
