This residence is conceived as a vertical landscape, where architecture and nature are interwoven to form a continuous spatial rhythm. Rather than functioning as a sealed object, the building is organized as a sequence of voids, planes, gardens, and bridges, allowing light, air, water, and vegetation to shape everyday experience. The street edge is deliberately restrained. Solid concrete planes, screens, and a porous boundary wall establish a filtered threshold which is protective yet permeable. Vegetation cascades from upper levels, softening the mass and signaling the presence of life within. Entry is compressed, controlled, and quiet, preparing the transition from city to interior refuge. Upon entering, the space opens dramatically into a central courtyard that acts like the heart of the house. Here, water, planting, and vertical circulation intersect. A reflecting pool with aquatic plants introduces sound and movement, while trees rise through double- height voids, visually stitching multiple levels together. Staircases and bridges cross this internal landscape, transforming circulation into experience rather than mere movement.

Living spaces unfold around this void in a rhythmic alternation of enclosure and openness. Double-height living areas are anchored by solid concrete walls, while large openings dissolve boundaries toward gardens and terraces. Light enters indirectly through green screens, metal lattices, and foliage creating a constantly changing atmosphere throughout the day. Upper levels are articulated as stacked planes and garden rooms. Balconies, terraces, and green pockets project outward, while vertical fins and concrete walls frame views and provide privacy.
Hanging vegetation and trellis structures allow the building to breathe, turning facades into living surfaces rather than static envelopes. Materiality reinforces this spatial rhythm. Exposed concrete, timber, metal screens, and lush planting form a restrained palette where contrast and tactility define character.
