BIM SPECIALIST

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs from concept to completion, ensuring aesthetic and functional excellence.
• Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project feasibility and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress to maintain design integrity.
• Stay updated with industry trends, sustainable practices, and local building codes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
•  4-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes and construction practices.
• Licensed architect (preferred or required based on region).
